In 2015, we established CHICHUU Foods' first factory in China in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, known as the 'Capital of Chinese Nori.' We expanded production for secondary deep-processed nori products and also began developing innovative nori products and nori production and processing technologies.

In 2016, in order to better provide customers with professional products and services, we set up CHICHUU Foods' Global Business Headquarters and Product Application Center in Shanghai, China, aiming to provide the most suitable products to the customers who need them most. CHICHUU  not only provides customers with high-quality nori products but also offers tailored product application solutions for different customers. We are more committed to establishing a complete industry service chain, from research and development, production, and sales to customer application, experience feedback, and further R&D.

Starting in 2017, the company registered its own trademark brand 'CHICHUU Nori,' launched pre-packaged nori products such as sushi series nori and ready-to-eat snack nori, officially entering the nori retail market.

In February 2023, through our joint efforts with Korean business partners, CHICHUU Foods' Korea Office was successfully established in Mokpo City, Jeollanam-do, South Korea.

At the beginning of 2024, the new factory of CHICHUU Foods' first plant was completed. The 100,000-class cleanroom meets pharmaceutical production standards, and the 10,000-class sterile laboratory strictly controls product quality. The FFU purification units cover the entire production area, maintaining constant temperature and humidity in the production environment. The production line adopts Japanese precision technology, with a bus-type constant current CNC system, equipped with high-temperature conveyors imported from the United States and a fully automated far-infrared seaweed baking line, capable of achieving high-efficiency, high-quality seaweed processing.

As of 2025, CHICHUU products have obtained global authoritative certifications such as the HACCP food safety system, Halal certification, and U.S. FDA registration. The products meet the standards of regions including the European Union, North America, and the Middle East, and CHICHUU seaweed is exported overseas. Today, while serving diverse clients worldwide, CHICHUU remians committed to promoting the concept of healthy green seaweed foods globally. As our products reach global markets, we remain committed to bringing the value of the blue ocean to consumers worldwide and turning our vision into action.
