Exhibition Introduction

On March 10, the "2022 Liaoning Japanese Cuisine Industry Development Conference" hosted by the Liaoning Catering and Culinary Industry Association was inaugurated in Dalian, which also served as the venue for the first Japanese Cuisine Skills Competition. The conference and competition were held at the Furama Hotel in Dalian, attracting over 1,000 participants, including leaders from associations across the province, industry experts, scholars, and well-known entrepreneurs. Discussions were held on how to better promote the intelligent upgrading and safe development of the Japanese cuisine industry, as well as to boost the recovery and revitalization of the catering sector.

CHICHUU Style

The early spring chill in Dalian remained, but the visiting attendees were still highly enthusiastic. As the only seaweed company at the exhibition, CHICHUU received numerous inquiries from visitors, and the sales staff patiently responded to each one. Colleagues at the exhibition attracted many customers with exquisite foods made using CHICHUU seaweed, and some customers even took out their phones to capture the delicacy of the displays. Many guests repeatedly nodded in approval at the taste samples, showing their recognition of the flavors. On the afternoon of March 11, the exhibition concluded successfully.
